Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Beat first 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
     
  3. Pour batter into a lightly greased 11-x 7 inch baking dish.
     
  4. Stir together brown sugar, chopped pecans, 1 tablespoon melted butter, and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
     
  5. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
     
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
     
  7. Cool cake in dish on a wire rack 10 minutes.
     
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
